Die aktuelle Vermietung
beinhaltet folgende Konditionen, die vom Vermieter gewährzuleisten sind: 1.
| He/she can neither assign this lease nor sublet, even partially, without specific, written permission from 1WEEKFLAT.
| 2.
| The lessee acknowledges that he/she has been informed that it can be dangerous to use the flat’s facilities, particularly those in the kitchen and bathroom, if they are used incorrectly. Consequently, both the lessee and the flat’s occupants declare that they are insured and waive their right to any recourse against 1WEEKFLAT in regard to any incidents resulting from their stay in the flat.

| The lessee is liable for any wear and tear, loss or damage to the flat and its content that occurs during his/her stay. All the damage he/she causes shall be repaired at his/her expense and be deducted from the damage deposit: if the cost of repairing the damage exceeds the value of the damage deposit, additional charges shall be billed to the Lessee.

| The lessee must observe the building’s own rules and not cause any noise-related disturbances or other forms of disturbance liable to disturb the building’s other occupants. He/she must respect the common areas and not store anything outside the flat during his/her stay.
| 5.
| The actual number of occupants must not exceed the number of occupants specified in the reservation contract. Should the number of occupants not be observed, 1WEEKFLAT reserves the right to cancel the rental: no refunds shall be granted.
